By using Jara, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Jara is
Jara is a personal travel savings tool. It helps you set goals, track progress, and get AI-powered coaching to save for trips. Jara is not a bank, financial advisor, or investment service. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Jara. One account per person.
Subscriptions & payments
- Subscriptions are billed through Paddle.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
- Refunds are handled per Paddle's refund policy.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the AI chat or attempt to jailbreak the model.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the app.
- Use Jara for any unlawful purpose.
- Impersonate other users.
Intellectual property
Jara, its logo, design, and content are owned by Jara Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Disclaimer
Jara is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that savings projections will match real-world outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jara Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
